At the Gehler Luedke Group, we believe meaningful work extends beyond the office walls. Through the Baird Foundation, we support our associates’ passion for service—matching donations, backing causes they care about, and encouraging volunteerism that strengthens our communities.
One of the most powerful expressions of this commitment is Baird Gives Back—an annual, associate-led initiative that unites colleagues, families, and friends across three continents. Since 2009, it has grown into a global movement of service, connection, and purpose.

A Closer Look at Baird Gives Back
In 2025, associates donated more than 6,000 volunteer hours to help support non-profit organizations and individuals across the firm’s global footprint.
From May 12-17, more than 1,900 volunteers from over 100 Baird offices in cities such as Milwaukee, Louisville, Frankfurt, Chicago, Sarasota, London, Pittsburgh and many more participated in the firmwide event that launched more than 15 years ago. Associates helped with community-bettering projects, such as preparing and serving food, tutoring and mentoring students, walking and playing with shelter animals, working with seniors and cleaning up parks, riverbeds, gardens, and more.
